A Georgia where people and the environment thrive

Membership Trips and Events

In February 1967, the Georgia Conservancy was established by a group of founding members on a trip to Sweetwater Creek in Douglas County, Ga. Following this tradition, the Georgia Conservancy continues to offer member trips around the state ranging from strenuous to leisurely, affordable to exclusive and lasting a day or perhaps a weekend. From the mountains to the coast, below the gnat line or in our urban areas, Georgia Conservancy adventure trips and events are an opportunity for members to stretch their legs, stay abreast on current issues and have fun!

Visit the Georgia Conservancy events calendar to learn more about upcoming trips and events.

Visit our Facebook photo page (you don't need a Facebook account) for the latest photos and to interact with other members.
