The Georgia Conservancy develops policy statements on pressing environmental issues to articulate the organization's beliefs, to highlight important aspects of the issues and to guide the work of Georgia Conservancy staff devoted to these program areas. Policies are approved by the Board of Trustees and serve as roadmaps for navigating areas of environmental concern for Georgia.
