New Report Identifies Critical Components for Water
Conservation Programs back
The Georgia Conservancy recently completed a report that describes the seven
essential components derived from examining 14 US water conservation programs.
Individually, each component can accomplish savings, but to sustain supplies
programs must embrace all seven. Click here for Critical
Components of Conservation Programs That Get Results: A National Analysis
as published in the 2004 American Water Works Association Water Sources
Conference Proceedings.
The information collected for the report includes water conservation success
stories, case studies, state laws, policies, executive orders, regulations,
data on rate structures, and local ordinances. This data is available to
any interested individual, organization, or elected official. Please contact
